Shipping conditions

Orders placed by 12:00 on weekdays will be delivered within 3–5 business days, if the product is in stock. Home delivery is made by GLS courier service, between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. For larger orders in Budapest, we also deliver with our own vehicle.

We automatically include your phone number on the package label so that the courier can contact you more easily if they can't find you at the address you provided.

Shipping fees (based on net value, within Hungary)

  • 0 – 15,000 HUF: 2,000 HUF + VAT

  • In Budapest 15,000 – 30,000 HUF: 2,500 HUF + VAT

  • In Budapest from 30,000 HUF: FREE

  • In rural areas 15,000 – 50,000 HUF: 3,500 HUF + VAT

  • In rural areas from 50,000 HUF: FREE

Please note: For rural deliveries over 40 kg, we charge a gross fee of HUF 11,000, regardless of the value limit.

Hungarian Posta delivery options

  • gross HUF 5,000 handling fee

  • MPL PostaPont / Parcel Machine: 990 HUF

  • MPL courier:
    • 0–10 kg: 1,990 HUF
    • 10–20 kg: 2,990 HUF
    • 20–40 kg: 5,990 HUF

The processing fee related to MPL fees is not included in the automatic confirmation, we will send you final information about this in a separate email.

The above delivery terms apply only to orders placed in the webshop. Free delivery is not always guaranteed in the case of a custom quote.

Personal collection

If you choose personal pickup, we will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Our address:

Payment options

1. Forward reference:
After placing your order, we will send you the necessary payment details by email. Please only transfer the amount if your order has been confirmed. The package will only be shipped after the payment has been received.

2. Bank card payment (online):
You can pay securely and instantly with a bank card in our webshop through the CIB Bank system. Supported cards:

  • MasterCard

  • VISA

  • American Express

  • Maestro (if the issuing bank supports it for e-commerce transactions)

  • Electron (internet use depends on the issuing bank's permission)

In the case of card payments, our web store only receives feedback on the success of the transaction; we do not see or store bank details.
